ABSTRACT:
As heat densities continue to rise, manufacturers are responding with new solutions. Some are unconventional and may appear rather strange, while some require expensive new infrastructure. All require a new way of thinking.
In this presentation, Robert McFarlane explores the newest cooling approaches, as well as some that have been around for some time. He explains how they function, what's needed to make them work, and their constraints or limitations. Robert also provides some guidelines to help you determine where each approach is most applicable, how to evaluate options, and how to get the most out of whatever you choose.
